01 / THE VISION

NETWORK IN DEVELOPMENT

Electric freight
deserves a
better stop.

The truck is changing.
The truck stop should, too.

SemiSocket is developing a new vision for highway charging: purpose-built destinations that bring heavy-duty power, thoughtful site design, and a better driver experience together.

We’re starting with the people and places that make freight move. Fleet routes. Highway access. Land and power. Let’s build what comes next.

Be part of the first chapter
01

Room for the whole rig.

A pull-through approach with space for tractor-trailers and a clear path back to the road.

02

Power with a purpose.

A high-power charging vision shaped by real routes, vehicle needs, and utility capacity.

03

A stop worth making.

Driver comfort belongs in the plan, right alongside the charging equipment.

02 / THE EXPERIENCE

THOUGHT THROUGH. FROM ARRIVAL TO DEPARTURE.

A better break.
A stronger next mile.

Every part of the station should make the next part of the journey easier.

Space to arrive. Space to leave.CONCEPT RENDERING

Designed for the entire truck.

Wide approaches and pull-through charging lanes are central to the concept. The goal is a simple stop that works with a full tractor-trailer, without planning around a passenger-car parking space.

A CLOSER LOOK / THE SEMISOCKET CHARGER

DESIGN CONCEPT

Meet your
next connection.

A recognizable place to plug in. A clear view of your charge. A straightforward way to pay.

Concept of a white SemiSocket charger with a lime S, digital charging readout, payment terminal, and cable holster.
01 / DESIGNED TO STAND OUT

Big presence.
Clear information.

White housing. Our signature lime S. An easy-to-read display puts charging progress and session information at the center of the concept.

Close-up concept of a driver tapping a phone at the SemiSocket charger, beside a card insertion slot and digital screen.
02 / PAY RIGHT AT THE CHARGER

Your next charge.
A simple connection.

The payment concept brings contactless tap and card insertion to the charger, with clear on-screen prompts to guide the start of a session.

Proposed charger design. Displays, payment options, and hardware are illustrative; final specifications will be confirmed as development progresses.

03 / THE RIGHT CONNECTIONS

Follow the freight.
Build the network.

Great charging starts long before a truck plugs in. We’re looking for the places where fleet demand, highway access, and power potential come together.

1

Start with the route

Understand where electric fleets need to stop, and what their schedules demand.

2

Find the right site

Look at highway access, truck circulation, available land, and utility readiness.

3

Build with the right partners

Bring fleets, property owners, utilities, and charging expertise into the same conversation.

A thoughtful network.
One well-placed station at a time.

04 / BUILD WITH US

THE NEXT CHAPTER TAKES ALL OF US.

Big ideas.
Shared destinations.

The strongest network starts with the right people. Find your place in the SemiSocket story.

FOR FLEETS

Your route.
Our starting point.

Tell us where you operate, how your trucks move, and what you need from highway charging.

FOR SITE OWNERS

Put your location
on the journey.

Have highway frontage, truck access, or land near a freight corridor? Let’s explore the fit.

FOR INFRASTRUCTURE PARTNERS

Bring the power.
Shape the future.

We want to connect with utilities, vehicle makers, charging providers, and development partners.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Are SemiSocket stations open today?

Not yet. SemiSocket is a network in development. We’re exploring fleet needs, site opportunities, and infrastructure partnerships. Station locations and opening dates will be announced when confirmed. Images on this site show the proposed station concept.

Who is SemiSocket being built for?

Our focus is electric semi trucks and the fleets and drivers that operate them. The concept prioritizes tractor-trailer access, highway proximity, and a useful place for drivers to take a break.

Will Tesla Semi trucks be supported?

We want to serve electric heavy-duty fleets, including operators considering Tesla Semi. Vehicle compatibility, connectors, and charging equipment will be confirmed as station designs and technical partnerships develop. SemiSocket is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Tesla or any vehicle manufacturer.

What charging speeds and prices are planned?

High-power charging is central to the vision. Actual output, session performance, and pricing will depend on the equipment, vehicle, utility service, and site. We’ll publish confirmed specifications before stations open.

What makes a promising station location?

We’re interested in locations near freight corridors with practical highway access, enough room for full tractor-trailers, and a viable path to electrical capacity. Each opportunity will need site, utility, and commercial evaluation.

THE ROAD AHEAD IS ELECTRIC.

Let’s build
the next stop.
